WE STRIVE TO PROVIDE TOP QUALITY, SAFE AND EFFICIENT SERVICES TO YOU AND YOUR COMPANION ANIMALS. SHOULD IT BE DETERMINED BY THE GROOMING TEAM THAT THE PROCESS OF GROOMING MAY CAUSE A DECLINE TO HEALTHFUL CONDITION TO CLIENTS AND/OR COMPANION ANIMALS (INCLUDING PHYSICAL/ EMOTIONAL/ PSYCHOLOGICAL), PAWS ON WHEELS MOBILE GROOMING MAY AT THEIR DISCRETION DETERMINE A MODIFICATION TO THE GROOMING PROCESS OR TIMING OF APPOINTMENT BE NECESSARY. MODIFICATION TO THE PROCESS AND/ OR TIMING OF APPOINTMENT DOES NOT EQUAL A REDUCTION IN PRICE FOR THE APPOINTMENT, CLIENT MAY REFUSE MODIFICATION AND DECIDE TO CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT, HOWEVER THE BELOW CANCELLATION POLICY APPLIES.
IN REGARDS TO CLIENT(S) NEEDING TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE APPOINTMENT(S) THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS SHALL APPLY;
-A MINIMUM OF 48 HOURS NOTICE MUST BE PROVIDED BY THE CLIENT FOR CHANGES/ CANCELLATIONS.
-IF A CHANGE OR CANCELLATION IS RECEIVED WITH LESS THAN 48 HOURS NOTICE, PAWS ON WHEELS MOBILE GROOMING MAY AT OUR DISCRETION REQUIRE PAYMENT OF UP TO THE FULL VALUE OF THE APPOINTMENT PRIOR TO RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLATION.
-A BLACKOUT PERIOD OF MARCH 15TH TO JUNE 15TH AND MONTH OF DECEMBER OF ANY YEAR APPLIES WHICH WE MAY AT OUR DISCRETION REQUIRE FULL PAYMENT EQUAL TO THE VALUE OF THE APPOINTMENT FOR THE CHANGE REGARDLESS OF REASON AND/ OR TIMING OF CHANGE.
INCLEMENT WEATHER MAY NECESSITATE DELAY OR RESCHEDULING OF AN APPOINTMENT, ALL EFFORT WILL BE MADE TO STAY ON-TIME BUT WE MUST REMEMBER THE SAFETY OF OUR TEAMS ON THE ROAD. SHOULD PARKING SPACE, WALKWAY AND/ OR ENTRYWAY BE DEEMED UNSAFE BY GROOMING TEAM, PAWS ON WHEELS MOBILE GROOMING MAY WITHOUT PENALTY CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE APPOINTMENT WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING.
AS THE IN-HOME GROOMING PROCESS NECESSITATES THE CONNECTION TO CLIENT SERVICES SUCH AS WATER, ELECTRICITY AND WASTE DISPOSAL, PAWS ON WHEELS MOBILE GROOMING WILL TAKE ALL REASONABLE PRECAUTIONS TO CONNECT AND DISCONNECT LEAVING SERVICES AS THEY WERE FOUND. SHOULD THE GROOMING TEAM MEMBER RESPONSIBLE FOR CONNECTION/ DISCONNECTION OF SERVICES DETERMINE THAT THE PROCESS MAY LIKELY CAUSE A MALFUNCTION (AND RESULTING DAMAGES) WITH SAID SERVICE, THE CLIENT WILL BE NOTIFIED AND MAY/ OR MAY NOT BE GIVEN THE OPTION TO PROCEED WITH CONNECTION TO THE SERVICE IN QUESTION. SHOULD THE CLIENT DECIDE TO PROCEED WITH THE CONNECTION GIVEN THE RISK OF MALFUNCTION, PAWS ON WHEELS MOBILE GROOMING WILL BE INDEMNIFIED FROM ANY DAMAGES TO PROPERTY, BELONGINGS ETC AS A RESULT.
DISCOUNTS MAY CHANGE FROM TIME TO TIME, PLEASE INQUIRE AT TIME OF SERVICE.
ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT TYPES ARE DEBIT, CREDIT (VISA & MASTERCARD), EMAIL MONEY TRANSFER AND CASH. SHOULD THE PORTABLE DEBIT/ CREDIT SYSTEM BE TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE CASH OR EMAIL MONEY TRANSFER WILL BE ACCEPTED.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO SERVICE OR RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT SHOULD ANY ANIMAL OR CLIENT POSE A THREAT TO OUR GROOMING TEAMS DUE TO EXTREME AGGRESSION, COMMUNICABLE DISEASES AND OTHER UNUSUAL CONDITIONS.
OUR GROOMING TEAMS WILL CLEAN ONLY THE DIRECT BY-PRODUCTS OF THE GROOMING PROCESS, OUR GOAL IS TO LEAVE OUR WORKING AREA AS CLEAN AS BEFORE GROOMING COMMENCED. PLEASE NOTIFY OUR TEAMS OF ANY CLEAN-UP CONCERNS BEFORE THEY DEPART THE APPOINTMENT.
OUR TEAMS WILL TREAT ALL CLIENTS (HUMAN AND ANIMAL) WITH RESPECT, IT IS EXPECTED THEY ARE TREATED IN KIND.

Covid-19 Policy (Effective as of March 14th, 2020)
Please advise if you and/or anyone residing in your household have any of the following conditions.
Respiratory illness symptoms (coughing, fever and/ or shortness of breath), your household is under mandatory quarantine or self isolation and/ or if you have returned from travel outside of Canada in the last 14 days.
If none of the conditions above are applicable no action is required, if they do become applicable prior to our arrival please notify us by phone at (613) 406-7297 immediately.
Should we arrive at your location and discover that any of the above conditions apply we may (at our discretion) immediately depart from your location, the full value of the appointment will become payable prior to a rescheduling of the appointment.
Increased Protective Measures
If none of the above conditions apply and do not develop, we are taking additional protective measures to ensure we do not unknowingly spread the virus between the appointment locations.
This includes the wearing to each individual location and cleaning/ changing in between each appointment nitrile gloves, washable masks (treated with antibacterial wipes after each appointment) and wearing fitted safety glasses (treated with antibacterial wipes after each appointment).
